About: Tom Swisstack is a former three-term mayor of Rio Rancho, New Mexico State Representative, and Sandoval County Commissioner.  He was appointed to fill the vacant CNM Governing Board District 3 seat in 2016 after retiring as a Deputy County Manager at Bernalillo County.  One of his top priorities is “to expand the Rio Rancho CNM Campus to provide expanded education and support service to the local community.”
