About: Brian David Tierney is a scientist at Sandia National Laboratories and a captain in the U.S. Army Reserve.  He serves as a board member of the Albuquerque Tea Party and as a local GOP Ward.  

His APS questionnaire states that “most egregiously, the Board has jeopardized child safety by pandering to misguided people who want to let boys use the girls’ restroom.”  

In response to an ABQ Journal question about LGBT policies, he called federally required anti-discrimination policies “disgusting” and says policies like these are violations of “basic human nature”
